About Me
You are not a problem to be fixed. You are a person with a story that deserves to be heard, held, and honored. As a therapist, my approach is relational, inclusive, and grounded in the belief that healing happens in the context of safety, trust, and belonging.
I work with individuals, teens, couples, and families navigating complex experiences—grief and loss, anxiety, depression, trauma, racial identity, and the lifelong journey of adoption. I also support people wrestling with the pressures of perfectionism, people-pleasing, or disconnection from themselves or others.
With both personal and professional experience in foster care and adoption—domestic and international—I offer adoption-competent, trauma-informed care. I'm also trained in racial literacy and identity development, with a background in advocacy, systems work, and nearly a decade on the core team at Be the Bridge.
I am currently pursuing certification in Somatic Experiencing®, a body-based approach to healing that supports nervous system regulation and trauma recovery. I integrate this alongside traditional talk therapy to help you reconnect with your body, your story, and your sense of self.
Therapy with me is not one-size-fits-all. I bring curiosity, compassion, clinical skill, and lived experience—and I meet you where you are.
